How CGW™ Thermal Conductive Grease Works
CGW™ Thermal Conductive Grease is designed to improve thermal contact between heat-generating components and heat-dissipating surfaces. Its paste-like formulation can conform to uneven or irregular surfaces, helping reduce contact thermal resistance at the interface.
The two-liquid formulation cures at room temperature after application and becomes flexible and adhesive. This flexibility helps accommodate differences in thermal expansion between adjoining materials during operation, supporting reliable thermal interface performance.
The CGW™ Series is available in multiple thermal conductivity grades, allowing material selection according to the thermal requirements of different applications. Depending on the grade, thermal conductivity ranges from 2 to 6 W/m-K based on ASTM D5470, first method.
For applications where thermal performance, surface conformity and long-term interface reliability are important, CGW™ provides a flexible material option for electronics, semiconductor, automotive, power electronics and industrial equipment.
CGW™ thermal conductive grease can be selected according to the thermal and mechanical requirements of each application. Different grades provide different levels of thermal conductivity, hardness and specific gravity, allowing engineers to select a suitable material for their thermal interface design. This flexibility makes the CGW™ Series suitable for a wide range of electronic and industrial applications.
